PictStamp（以下、「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に最大限配慮します。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおけるユーザー情報の取扱いについて説明します。

本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。
写真・画像データ
本アプリは、ユーザーが選択した写真や画像に対して、ウォーターマーク（透かし画像・透かし文字）を追加するために、端末内の写真ライブラリへのアクセスを行います。
これらの写真・画像データは、アプリ内の処理のみに使用され、外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
2. 情報の利用目的
取得した情報は、以下の目的の範囲内でのみ利用します。
- 写真や画像へのウォーターマークの追加
- 編集結果の保存および共有
- アプリの機能提供および操作性向上
3. 情報の保存および管理
- 写真・画像データは、ユーザーの端末内でのみ処理されます。
- 本アプリがユーザーの写真や画像を外部サーバーに保存・収集することはありません。
- マイリスト機能で保存されるウォーターマーク情報は、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
- ユーザーがiCloud同期を有効にした場合、マイリストのウォーターマーク情報とアプリの設定情報はiCloudに同期されます。これらのデータはユーザーのiCloudアカウントで暗号化され、Appleのサーバーに保存されます。個人情報は含まれません。
4. 第三者への提供について
本アプリは、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
5. 外部サービスについて
本アプリは、第三者による広告配信サービスや解析サービスを使用していません。
※ 将来、外部サービスを利用する場合は、本プライバシーポリシーを更新します。
6. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて見直し、改善することがあります。

PictStamp (the "App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled within the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App may access and use the following information:
Photos and Images
The App accesses photos and images selected by the user from the device's photo library in order to add watermarks (image watermarks or text watermarks).
These photos and images are processed only within the App and are never transmitted to external servers.
2. Purpose of Use
The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:
- Adding watermarks to photos and images
- Saving and sharing edited images
- Providing and improving the App's functionality
3. Storage and Management of Information
- Photos and images are processed only on the user's device.
- The App does not upload, store, or collect photos or images on external servers.
- Watermark data saved in the My List feature is stored only on the user's device.
- If the user enables iCloud sync, My List watermark information and app settings will be synced to iCloud. This data is encrypted through the user's iCloud account and stored on Apple's servers. No personal information is included.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
The App does not share personal information with third parties, except when required by law.
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not use third-party advertising or analytics services.
